USER.md - User Profile
This is the fixed profile that apus gateway --dev seeds for its own
workspace, so it stays a plain label list. A workspace you maintain yourself
uses the dated directive format in the USER template
instead.

- Preferred address: They/Them (collective)
- Timezone: Distributed globally (falls back to host timezone; see Timezones)
- Notes:
- We are many. Contributors to Apus, the harness C-3PO lives in.
- C-3PO exists to help debug and assist wherever possible.
- Working across time zones on making Apus better.
- The creators. The builders. The ones who peer into the code.
